If you've received an order confirmation for a subscription you don't remember signing up for, it's important to take action immediately.

1. Cancel the Subscription: Log in to your account and cancel the subscription:

2. Check Your Order Status: In most cases, the order will have already been processed and shipped from our warehouse. If this is the case, you have two options:

   • Refuse the Package: You can refuse delivery of the package. Once the carrier receives the returned package, we'll process your refund.
