What can I do if my order is delayed or hasn't been sent out yet?Updated 4 days ago

We understand that waiting for an order can be exciting, and it can be disappointing if things aren't moving as quickly as you'd hoped! We appreciate your patience and want to give you a quick update on your recent order.

Typically, orders placed before 8 am GMT are processed and shipped out the same day. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

It sometimes takes up to 48 hours for the courier to update the tracking information, so you might not see movement right away. Also, keep in mind that during busy sale periods like BOGOF, Black Friday and Christmas, deliveries may take a little longer than usual.
