We understand that receiving a damaged or incorrect order can be frustrating. If you've encountered either of these situations, we're here to help!
Damaged Order
If your order arrived damaged, please take the following steps:
- Take pictures: Capture clear photos of the outer packaging and the damaged bottle(s), making sure the bottle number is visible.
- Contact our Customer Services Team: Email us at [email protected] with the photos.
- Retain the packaging: Please do not dispose of the damaged bottle or packaging until we have completed our investigation.
Incorrect Order
If you received an incorrect order, here's what to do:
- Compare your order: Double-check your order confirmation against the received items.
- Contact our Customer Services Team: If you find any discrepancies, email us at [email protected] with a picture of all the received goods, the packing slip, and the fragrance numbers visibly shown.
Important Notes:
- All damage or error reports must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will investigate each reported issue thoroughly and take appropriate action.
- Our Customer Services Team is available to assist you Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
