My order is damaged or incorrect. What do I do?Updated 4 days ago

We understand that receiving a damaged or incorrect order can be frustrating. If you've encountered either of these situations, we're here to help!

Damaged Order

If your order arrived damaged, please take the following steps:

  1. Take pictures: Capture clear photos of the outer packaging and the damaged bottle(s), making sure the bottle number is visible.
  2. Contact our Customer Services Team: Email us at [email protected] with the photos.
  3. Retain the packaging: Please do not dispose of the damaged bottle or packaging until we have completed our investigation.

Incorrect Order

If you received an incorrect order, here's what to do:

  1. Compare your order: Double-check your order confirmation against the received items.
  2. Contact our Customer Services Team: If you find any discrepancies, email us at [email protected] with a picture of all the received goods, the packing slip, and the fragrance numbers visibly shown.

Important Notes:

  • All damage or error reports must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We will investigate each reported issue thoroughly and take appropriate action.
  • Our Customer Services Team is available to assist you Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience during the investigation process.
