We're happy to help track down your return! To help us locate it quickly, could you please send us a copy of your return tracking receipt? This will allow us to confirm that your return has been delivered back to our warehouse.
Once we've received your return, it usually takes about a week for us to process your exchange or refund. We'll send you an email notification as soon as this is completed.
