  1. Contact our Customer Services Team: Send an email to [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. Be sure to include your order number, the date of purchase, and any specific details about the issue you're experiencing.

  2. Provide as much information as possible: The more information you can provide, the better we can understand and address your complaint. Include any relevant correspondence, receipts, or other documentation that you have.

  3. Be respectful: We understand that you may be frustrated, but it's important to remain respectful and professional in your communication with our team. We are committed to resolving your complaint in a fair and timely manner, but we cannot do so if you are abusive or disrespectful to our staff.

  4. Allow us time to respond: We aim to respond to all complaints within 48 hours during business hours (Monday to Friday). Please be patient and allow us time to investigate your issue and provide a resolution.

Important Note: We have a zero-tolerance policy towards verbal abuse, threats, or harassment of our team members. Any customer who engages in such behavior will be immediately banned from our services and may be subject to legal action.
