Do you offer refunds or exchanges?Updated 2 months ago

We want to make sure you're completely happy with your purchase. If you're not, we accept returns of unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. We understand that you may want to test a spray or two before making a final decision, but please keep in mind that we cannot accept returns for bottles that have been used extensively or outside of our 30-day return policy.

Important Notes:

  • Products purchased as part of a bundle set must be returned as a complete set for a full refund. If you return only part of a bundle, we can offer an exchange instead.
  • For Home Reed/Car Diffusers, please ensure the closure cap is included with your return, as we cannot accept returns without it.

How to Return a Product

  1. Contact our Customer Services Team: If you would like to return a product, please contact our Customer Services Team at [email protected]. They will provide you with instructions on how to return your product.

  2. Pack the Product: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, including any accessories or inserts.

  3. Include a Copy of Your Order Confirmation: Enclose a copy of your original order confirmation or invoice with your return.

  4. Ship the Product: Use a trackable shipping method and insure your package for your protection.

  5. Provide Tracking Information: Once you have shipped the product, please provide us with the tracking information so we can track your return.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If the product is eligible for a refund, we will process your refund within 48 hours. If the product is eligible for an exchange, we will contact you to arrange for a replacement.
